Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

5. You must promptly notify 444ck at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
6. 444ck reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

Age Verification — 21+ Requirement

The 444ck platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years or older. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of jurisdiction.

By creating a 444ck account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 444ck employs mandatory age verification procedures as follows:

• All new accounts are subject to age verification before withdrawal functionality is enabled.
• Acceptable verification documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification confirming date of birth.
• Any account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds deposited by an underage user will be returned to the original payment method after administrative processing; any winnings accrued will be void and forfeited.
• 444ck reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence checks at any time and may request updated documentation from existing account holders.

Deposits and Payment Methods

444ck does not charge deposit fees. However, cryptocurrency network transaction fees (gas fees, miner fees) are the responsibility of the depositing player and are determined by the respective blockchain network, not by 444ck.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

1. Account identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete KYC documentation will have withdrawals held pending verification.
2. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. If that is not possible, 444ck may request alternative withdrawal details from the account holder.

5. 444ck reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering compliance procedures. In such cases, 444ck may request additional documentation to support the withdrawal.
6. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal and will be removed from the account balance at the time of the withdrawal request.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

444ck offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 444ck platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Limitation of Liability

444ck does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by maintenance, network failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced at any time with immediate effect. Limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

Dispute Resolution
